Dramface Exclusive: New Ardnamurchan Cask Strength Release

Ardnamurchan Distillery Releases New Cask Strength, Peated Single Malt

Western Highlands Distillery Announces they’re adding to their award-winning range of whiskies.

Dramface Exclusive: Glenbeg, Ardnamurchan, Scotland 17th February 2022

Ardnamurchan Distillery, is proud to announce they are releasing a new Limited Edition Cask Strength Peated Single Malt whisky to add to their award-winning core range of Single Malt whiskies.

Alex Bruce of Adelphi Distillery Ltd said “We’re really excited to hear of the new Dramface platform and I’m delighted to report that we have some exclusive news going live as it does.

“In my glass is a brand new bottling of Ardnamurchan, which will be released next month. We’ve had a year now of several batches of the core release, but this one, put together last month, is really exciting progress. This is, in style, almost going down the coast a little towards Campbeltown and Islay; it’s much more oily, it’s much more smoky and, crucially, it’s cask strength. This is the first ever batch of Ardnamurchan Cask Strength. About 13,000 bottles [will be released] worldwide and we’re incredibly excited to share it together with you.”

The distillery had a triumphant launch of their first ever single malt in September 2020 and has since further released six other batches of sell out core single malt. The new addition to the range is a Peated, Cask strength (58.7% ABV) Ardnamurchan Single Malt. Ca 13,000 bottles will be available worldwide from next month. The price point has been kept in line with their other releases and this product will retail in the UK at around £60-65.00/bottle.

The new edition can be sourced from the usual Ardnamurchan Single Malt retailers, a full list can be found on their website.
